It may be necessary to clear the browser’s cache and stored files if the application is not loading appropriately. Web-based applications constantly take “snapshots” for recall in the application. These snapshots are essentially the cache or stored data. With your browser open (Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome), you can either “right-click” your mouse or touchpad and select “Settings” then proceed to “Privacy and Security” in the settings to locate the options to clear the cache, stored files and browser history. This can also be accomplished by selecting the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser page to open the settings menu.
